You will set up and stock stations, ensure timely food preparation, and maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with the BOH team and willingness to cross-train across roles are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food production facility or restaurant.
• Food Handler certification or ability to obtain it at applicant's expense.
• Strong cooking knowledge and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with standard measurement systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and putting them away in appropriate storage areas.
• Show willingness and ability to cross-train across various roles in the restaurant to ensure rapid growth in responsibilities and contribution to team success.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.
