Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a food production facility, fast-paced restaurant, or similar setting.
• Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification.
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH team to ensure smooth operations.
