True Food Kitchen in Boulder is seeking a skilled Line Cook for a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prep, cook, and plate across stations, maintaining quality and presentation while following recipes and portions.

Expect dynamic prep, closing/opening duties, and teamwork under pressure. The ideal candidate brings 6+ months in a high-volume setting, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for nutritious, well-presented dishes.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
