Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.

Experience in multiple stations is a plus, and you’ll work in a high-energy team focused on quality and presentation. We’re looking for someone with 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
