True Food Kitchen in Dallas is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with multi-station experience a plus.

We value knife skills, teamwork, and reliability, with 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
• Passion for great food and quality presentation
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
