Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.
• E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow cook times for all items.
• Maintain highest level of food quality.
• Receive and store products according to health regulations.
• Keep kitchen, stations, walk-ins, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate and work with team to execute tickets and modifications.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and wear proper uniform.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and proper storage/rotation procedures.
• Label and date all products prepared.
