Whiskey Cake is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food items per recipes and maintain high quality. You will follow prescribed times, coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine, and ensure clean, safe work areas. The role requires reading tickets, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proper knife handling and use of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.
• We participate in the E-Verify program and are an EOEquivalent employer.

Responsabilités

• Primarily responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to given recipes.
• Execute menu items following designated times and recipes by the Chef de Cuisine.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive and store products according to local health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and proper sanitation guidelines.
• Label and date all products prepared.
• Communicate and work as a team with management and colleagues.
