Terrain Café is a garden-to-table restaurant that values seasonal ingredients and heartfelt hospitality. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced scratch kitchen, working across multiple stations and collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role emphasizes precision, speed, and teamwork in a high-volume setting, with opportunities for growth within the URBN family and the garden-to-table concept.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume or scratch kitchen.
• Comfortable working multiple stations (Sauté, Grill, Oven).
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables to recipe and plating standards.
• Execute dishes across multiple stations; support Salad, Pastry, and Prep as needed.
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization; ensure quality and portion control.
• Follow FIFO and food safety protocols; assist in closing and breakdown.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and cross-train others.
