Job summary

Ascension Coffee Company in Dallas is seeking a reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare menu items to spec using build sheets and recipes, set up and stock stations before service, and support the BOH team to ensure smooth, timely operation.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of line or prep cook experience in fast casual environments, excels at speed and accuracy, works well with a team, and can handle 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 year of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high volume or fast casual restaurant.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing menu items (under 8 minute ticket times).
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts or longer.
• Must either have a valid Food Handler’s certificate or be willing to take the test to receive one
