Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking energetic kitchen staff to join our back-of-house team in Florida. You’ll prepare menu items from our recipe manual, present dishes, and maintain proper station readiness and sanitation throughout shifts.

Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will read recipes, manage ticket times, and work with safety-minded colleagues to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing/walking for long periods.
• Able to read recipes and food labels and follow recipe guidelines.
• Able to read POS tickets and communicate times clearly to staff.
• Follow safety guidelines and work with hot surfaces, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations; pass food safety certification per Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Prepares menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation guidelines.
• Keeps products rotated and stocked to par levels to prevent disruption.
• Assists prep work and stations setup; transports items as needed.
• Cleans kitchen areas, breaks down stations, and closes properly.
