Job summary

Dave & Buster's / Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced setting. You will follow our recipes, ensure quality, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

The role requires 6 months of line cook experience, 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification, and a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Growth opportunities and a fun, inclusive culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ with Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read recipes and follow food safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items per recipes.
• Minimize food waste via proper portions and ticket accuracy.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure timely, fresh delivery.
• Adhere to health procedures and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep station clean and stocked before/during/after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
