Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional cooking experience.
• Some classroom culinary training is a plus, but not required.
• Strong understanding of culinary preparations and advanced knife skills.
• Background check must be satisfactory.
• Flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening task lists for daily operations.
• Unwrap and prep items; check dates and freshness.
• Prepare and stock equipment; review prior night’s prep list.
• Prep food items for service; handle equipment safely and sanitary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout shift.
• Restock and close out stations; manage storage and safety checks.
• Respond to changes, collaborate with team, and participate in meetings and training.
