Job summary

PF Chang’s China Bistro is hiring for multiple kitchen roles in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Las Vegas. Positions include Line Cook, Wok Cook, and Chef de Partie, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to learn menu items, recipes, weights, measurements and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to company specifications.
• Plate and present dishes per chef guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
