P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, and Chefs De Partie for immediate start at our Peoria location. Positions are available for full-time and part-time, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn recipes and follow chef guidance.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and obtain Food Handler’s Card if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and equipment sanitization.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
