Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our team. You will support hotel dining operations, prepare and plate menu items, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes, working with culinary and service teams, and assisting with setup, events, and day-to-day kitchen duties. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred; vary by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests.
• Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage products according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning of food and beverage areas.
• Collaborate with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
