Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred; varies by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices related to the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage products according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work and service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory or replenishment needs.
• Assist with setup, stocking, and cleaning of food and beverage areas.
• Respond to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
• Follow cash-handling and POS procedures where applicable.
• Support events, banquets, and other operational needs as assigned.
