Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will support hotel food and beverage operations by preparing, serving, and coordinating quality products while delivering exceptional guest service.

You'll work with culinary and hotel teams to maintain safety and cleanliness, follow recipes and standards, and assist with events and daily service. This fast-paced environment rewards reliability, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred; varies by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices for the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage products per recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work and service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory or replenishment needs.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning of F&B areas.
• Work with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
• Follow cash-handling, POS, and company procedures when applicable.
• Support special events, banquets, and other operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
