M Crowd Restaurant Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Cook to prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other hot items to brand standards, with attention to portioning and plating. The role focuses on consistent quality, presentation, and flavor across all menu items.

You will follow prep lists, operate broilers, ovens, grills and fryers, and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation while supporting a fast-paced kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.

Responsabilités

• Refer to Daily Prep List for assigned duties at start of shift.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking on broilers, ovens and grills.
• Ensure quality and consistency of products served.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and proper storage of products.
• Assist in closing the kitchen and participate in team meetings as required.
