Job summary

Level99 Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to support the restaurant by preparing food, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. You will work with urgency to meet ticket times, deliver quality presentations, and demonstrate integrity as if you owned the venue.

The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of line or prep cook experience in a fast-paced setting, and strong organizational skills. Flexibility for days/nights/weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume F&B business
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a constantly evolving setting
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Maintains a positive, respectful attitude towards all team members
• Leads by example with a positive, joyful, upbeat demeanor

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, warm, approachable attitude to your work every day
• Follow all recipes, preparation procedures, and par levels as determined by Culinary Leadership
• Work service with urgency to meet or exceed food delivery times
• Communicate ordering needs accurately to Culinary Leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized space with high sanitation standards
• Able to work 10 hour-plus shifts and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
