Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests and peers.
• Extensive knowledge of food, cooking techniques, knifework, plating and portioning.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to move and lift up to 40 pounds.
