Job summary

The Quarry Beach Club in Naples, Florida is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join its culinary team. You will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the overall dining program and ensure a clean, efficient kitchen capable of handling restaurant, catering, and events.

You will train coworkers as needed, maintain high hygiene standards, and support prep and daily kitchen setup. Scheduling varies to meet community needs, with a comprehensive benefits package and hourly compensation of $22–$30.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef with menu execution and quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold hygiene standards.
• Train coworkers as needed and support daily kitchen setup.
• Participate in catering events and special functions.
• Prepare ingredients with proper portioning and knife skills.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work in all service types (à la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Maintain high energy and efficiency during service hours.
