Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality menu items according to the Chef's specifications.
• Set up and stock your station to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage standards.
• Assist with inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Work closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
