Great Wolf Lodge seeks a Restaurant Line Cook in Naples, FL to work in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes from the executive chef and ensuring high-quality meals. Immediate openings available with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling.

Key duties include food preparation, keeping to sanitation standards, and coordinating with the kitchen team across multiple stations. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, paid vacation, and tuition/training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Execute orders promptly while handling multiple orders.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with chefs for prep, restocking and shift end tasks.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support various stations (Pantry, Fryer, Grill, Sauté, Dessert).
• Assist leadership and communicate shift information at end of shift.
