The role requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and dedication to guest experience. You will contribute to maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards, while supporting fast-paced service and menu execution in a multi-location entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods; may need to climb stairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes and policies.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Positive, joyful, energetic attitude; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, warm, approachable attitude to your work every day.
• Remain calm and collected during busy times.
• Work with team to build relationships with guests through food and hospitality.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and par levels as directed by Culinary Leadership.
• Ensure timely food delivery and accurate communication with Culinary Leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, insurance, regulations, and company policies for staff and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
