Level99 Providence is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team, working alongside management to execute menu items at our high‑standards venue. The Line Cook will contribute to a dynamic, guest‑focused dining experience in a fast‑paced environment.

You bring reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods. Must be able to perform long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with teammates.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, warm attitude to work daily.
• Remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute menu items.
• Follow recipes, procedures and par levels set by leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
• Communicate needs accurately to Culinary Leadership
• Support safe operations and adhere to policies.
