The Cheesecake Factory is hiring Line Cooks to join our high-volume kitchen, delivering over 250 made-from-scratch menu items. You’ll master precise cooking techniques, maintain mise en place, and plate dishes for guests with care.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is ideal.
• Station experience across multiple stations is preferred.
• Familiarity with roasting, grilling, sautéing, or scratch cooking is a plus.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Plate with visual appeal through garnishing and presentation.
• Support opening and closing duties including station setup, breakdown, and FIFO stocking.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work well under pressure and multitask with speed and urgency.
• Support teamwork through clear, effective communication.
• Follow instructions to uphold high standards.
