Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is ideal.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read & follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning, and cooking to correct temperatures.
• Plate attractively with proper garnishing and presentation.
• Assist opening and closing duties including station setup, organization, and FIFO stocking.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and allergy awareness.
• Work well under pressure and multitask with speed and urgency.
• Communicate clearly to support teamwork and uphold high standards.
