Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong knife skills and precise cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes using various cooking methods and techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning, and cooking to correct temperatures.
• Wow our guests with plating, presentation, and garnishing.
• Support opening and closing duties including station setup and breakdown, FIFO stocking, cleanliness, and organization.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and allergy awareness.
• Work well under pressure, multitasking with speed and urgency.
• Support teamwork through clear, effective communication.
