Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare food to order according to company specifications while upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. The role supports efficient operations and a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will follow recipes, manage allergy requests, and work closely with BOH/FOH teams. Daily tasks include prep, stocking, and maintaining station readiness to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Follows recipes, portioning, and presentation standards with precision.
• Knowledge of FIFO, labeling, rotation, and temperature control.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Able to meet state/local requirements for food handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to order following established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of workstation.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment per safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Handle allergy-related requests and special dietary needs with care.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties and daily tasks.
• Interact professionally with guests to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.
