Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX is seeking a Line Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of menu items and to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Executive Chef and help maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Requires at least 1 year of prep line cooking and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of prep-line cook experience.
• Able to think quickly and stay composed in a high-pressure kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Start food items prepared ahead of time while controlling portions.
• Prepare food in line with recipes and presentation standards.
• Return unused items to proper storage for the next shift.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and maintain a sanitary work area.
