Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX is seeking a Line-Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of the menu developed by the Executive Chef, delivering an unparalleled dining experience to guests.

You will start prep items, cook according to recipes, rotate unused items to storage, and operate/clean kitchen equipment. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of prep-line experience are required. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prep line or cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, avoiding over-preparation.
• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Return all unused food to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
