Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Line Cook in Fort Worth, TX to prepare and cook menu items per recipes, uphold safety and sanitation, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely, accurate dining experiences. You will operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, stocked stations across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months line cook experience, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure while communicating effectively with management

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork essential.
• 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Coordinate with Service Team for timely, accurate delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station; perform opening/mid-day/closing duties.
