Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures in the United States is seeking entry-level Kitchen Team Members to assist with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn to follow recipes, prep ingredients, maintain clean stations, and support multiple kitchen outlets while upholding food safety standards and teamwork. Training provided; ServSafe preferred; license requirements apply.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn culinary skills and kitchen operations.
• Must be able to follow recipes, instructions, and food preparation standards.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations for service readiness.
• Assist with cooking duties including grilling, frying, roasting, baking.
• Monitor food quality and freshness during preparation and service.
• Assist with buffet setup, banquet prep, and special events.
• Support food production needs across multiple kitchen outlets as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
