Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Cook/Crew Member to prepare high-quality dishes and maintain outstanding guest service at our Fresno location. You will work across fry, grill, prep stations and support the dietary department as needed, with training provided.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or food-service experience, are team players, and can work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food with care and ensure it is of high quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Set up and sanitize stations on the line.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, stoves, griddles).
• Maintain organized labeling and rotation of food items.
