Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented Cook to join our kitchen. You will handle various stations—fry, grill, prep—and deliver high-quality meals with attention to flavor, presentation, and safety.

You will work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with teammates to meet guests' expectations and maintain clean, organized stations. Join a collaborative team, follow recipes, and ensure dishes meet quality and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to ensure quality, flavor and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Set up and sanitize stations on the line.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and fryers.
• Support dietary requirements for meals as needed.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Keep food labeling and rotation organized.
