Job summary

Premier Restaurants Group is seeking a motivated line cook to prepare and cook food products as directed by the Manager in Charge of the Shift. You will work with the team to deliver hot, fresh meals to guests in a timely and orderly manner.

Responsibilities include setting up batter stations, maintaining equipment, following recipes and SOM standards, and communicating with coworkers to ensure quality and guest satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food products as specified by the Manager in Charge of the Shift.
• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix, ensuring quality standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
• Stock product and notify of outages or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back of house.
