Won’t Stop Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to maintain the quality and integrity of our culinary operations. You will execute dishes with precision, following recipes and safety standards, while helping keep the kitchen organized and sanitary.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and prep procedures with zero compromise on quality or safety.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Shift Lead.
• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards.
• Label, date, and store all prepared food items per safety guidelines.
• Follow company recipes and procedures with zero compromise on quality or safety.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized prep area and assist with dishwashing or line support.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO) to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with BoH team for timely prep and smooth shift transitions.
• Perform closing or side work duties as assigned.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
