Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Line Cook to join Red Robin's kitchen team in Seattle. You will prepare menu items consistently and quickly in line with our specifications, following recipe books and using proper techniques.

Responsibilities include reading tickets, communicating with teammates, maintaining high pace and quality, and upholding safety and cleanliness. Experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related kitchen/line cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard cooking methods and food safety.
• Ability to read and organize tickets and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Follow a recipe book to prepare meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables.
• Cut, broil, sauté, and fry.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food handling at all times.
• Prepare prep and production recipes per the recipe book.
• Unpack and organize received goods.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with high quality expectations.
• Read, organize and coordinate tickets.
• Communicate with others to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.
