Job summary

Red Robin Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items consistently, quickly and in line with company specifications. You will follow recipes and maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include handling meats, fish, vegetables, and sauces, coordinating tickets, and working as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commonly-used restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables and other foods.
• Cuts, broils, sautés, and fries as required.
• Maintains safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
