Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA invites a dependable Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations for one of our hospitality clients in Miami, FL. You will follow established recipes, execute menu items consistently, and perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment under Senior Cooks and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of professional kitchen experience, basic to intermediate cooking techniques, and a strong commitment to teamwork, cleanliness, and food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience as Cook B / Cook II or Line Cook preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain speed and consistency during service.
• Assist with prep work and station organization.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Support Senior Cooks and kitchen leadership.
• Communicate prep needs or shortages to supervisors.
• Collaborate with kitchen team during high-volume service.
