Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to assist the executive with daily tasks in a busy kitchen environment. Responsibilities include food prep, cooking a variety of products, following standard recipes, and maintaining a clean workstation.

The role requires at least six months of kitchen experience, a commitment to impeccable food presentation, and flexibility with shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends. Position wage is $18/hr.

Competenze

• Minimum of six months kitchen experience preferred.
• Must follow safety and sanitation standards.

Mansioni

• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Check the daily prep list at the start of the shift.
• Prepare and cook a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other items using a range of equipment.
• Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments.
