The Senior Cook will manage daily prep, maintain high safety and sanitation standards, train junior staff, and collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Previous lead or senior cook role strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per recipes and standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Train and guide line cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
