Qualifications

• Basic knife skills required.
• Ability to interact with coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must possess a Nevada Health Card.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food according to recipes and Kitchen Manager guidance.
• Plate foods as directed by Kitchen Manager.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely order completion.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and utensils; store equipment after shifts.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Record fridge and line temperatures daily.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas regularly.
• Cross-train in Prep Cooking and assume duties as needed.
• Put away incoming food orders as they arrive.
