Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with guests, business partners and peers.
• Follow recipes and production directions for cooking and serving food items.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Sample products, estimate requirements and plan production.
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with ordering.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and proper dating/rotation of food.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff.
• Report equipment repairs and maintenance to management.
