Qualifications

• 2+ years' prep or line cook experience.
• Passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team environment under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains stations and equipment; supports kitchen staff.
