Responsabilités

• Prepare salads and salad bar items.
• Prepare dressings and ingredients as needed.
• Follow recipes, ensure portion control and presentation.
• Ensure ingredients meet brand standards for quality and accuracy.
• Operate pasta making and cooking equipment as needed.
• Set up station with ingredients, prep and utensils at start of shift.
• Restock items during the shift and maintain cleanliness.
• Observe food safety and sanitary practices in prep and service areas.
• Cook and season foods according to recipes or chef guidance.
• Assist during emergencies or rush periods as a team member.
• Maintain clean and organized station and equipment.
