Gator's Dockside Hunter's Creek is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will set up, prep, and cook menu items to our recipes while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have basic communication and organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and be a team player who can follow directions and support opening/closing duties. Orlando, FL location with friendly team and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauce.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
• Ability to navigate a KDS system
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to complete all opening and closing duties
