Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Positive energy and ability to work as a team player.
• Must be able to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine for guests, following standard portions and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows closing checklist for stations.
• Reports shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
