Job summary

Wet Willie's in Destin, FL is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will cook lunch and dinner, follow established menus and recipes, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of food preparation experience, and the ability to work with quantity cooking. A Food Service Sanitation Certificate is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Must have or get a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Cook lunch or dinner.
• Assure that all food procedures are followed.
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
• Clean and/or stock at the end of your shift.
• Maintain a clean work space/kitchen.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
• Maintain a good working relationship with FOH and BOH staff.
