Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Naples, FL is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare food following recipes from our executive chef and deliver high-quality hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of previous cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to work with POS system and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain local or state food-handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; complete daily temperature logs, cleaning logs, line check sheets and food waste sheets.
• Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines, tasting and adjusting for flavor with supervisor and chefs.
• Coordinate with Main Kitchen Cook for daily prep, restocking, meal breaks and end of shift cleaning.
• Assist and support operations as directed by culinary leadership.
• End-of-shift checkout and communication of shift information with culinary leader.
